As the Senior Manager of Treasury & Financing for JOVI, a subsidiary of VIVO in Brazil, I lead a five-member team and am responsible for the following: 1. Treasury Planning and Liquidity Management · Develop and implement the treasury plan for the Brazil entity, monitoring cash flow status to ensure the security and efficiency of working capital. · Optimize cash pool management and coordinate cross-border fund transfers to reduce the cost of idle funds. 2. Financing and Relationship Management with Banks & Insurance Institutions · Liaise with local and international banks to evaluate and select suitable financing products (e.g., Letters of Credit, Trade Finance, Working Capital Loans), and drive the implementation of financing solutions. · Maintain strategic partnerships with banks and financial institutions to secure optimal financing terms and credit limits. · Maintain and expand local insurance resources to secure optimal coverage and rates. 3. Foreign Exchange (FX) and Risk Management · Monitor the exchange rate fluctuations of the Brazilian Real (BRL) and formulate FX risk management strategies to mitigate currency exchange risks. · Conduct regular assessments of the subsidiary's financial risk exposure and establish contingency plans. 4. Treasury System and Process Optimization · Promote the implementation and use of the treasury management system to enhance the automation of treasury operations. · Refine and improve treasury management policies to ensure compliance with local Brazilian regulations and the group's internal control requirements. 5. Business Collaboration and Compliance · Support business departments in completing payment and collection settlements and managing accounts receivable. · Assist business departments in the planning and implementation of new business initiatives, such as consumer financing and e-commerce, from a treasury and receivables perspective.

Responsible for overseeing all financial operations for the Dubai subsidiary, supporting business expansion in the Middle East, Africa, and Central Asia. 1.Business Financial Support: ·Managed financial operations for 18 projects totaling over $700 million as of September 2024, including high-profile projects such as Neom Phase 1 & 2, PIF 4, and SPPC 4. ·Collaborated with business operations teams to support overseas business expansion. ·Analyzed the operational performance of business units to provide insights for sustainable growth and risk management. 2.Subsidiary Company Budget & Funds Management: ·Managed relationships with local banks, handled bank guarantees, and facilitated letters of credit. ·Monitored subsidiary fund balances and conducted monthly fund forecasts and variance analysis to ensure proper fund execution. ·Developed comprehensive subsidiary budgets, including income, cost, and expense projections. 3.Seamless Transition of Branch Company to Subsidiary Company: ·Led the design and execution of the overall transition plan. ·Drafted key contracts, tracked project progress, and ensured smooth execution of all tasks. 4.Subsidiary Company Tax Compliance & Auditing: ·Managed tax registration, interpreted tax regulations, and handled tax filings for the subsidiary. ·Coordinated tax-related matters and managed tax inspections. 5.Financial Statement Auditing & Analysis: ·Conducted comprehensive analysis and check of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance. ·Liaised with external auditors and led the annual audit of the Dubai entity’s financial statements. 6.Regional Financial Internal Control Management: ·Established overseas financial management systems and internal control procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations. ·Delivered internal control training sessions. 7.Contract and Pricing Review: ·Reviewed financial terms including price of various contracts (sales, procurement, etc.).

Coordinate with HQ to set annual cash collection target based on company business plan. Review and evaluate high-risk financial terms in contracts, negotiate with clients directly when necessary. 7. Analyze and manage LC, SBLC, Bank Guarantee, Sinosure application, client credit ratings and credit lines to minimize and mitigate financial risks. 8. Analyze financial statements and reports of key clients and suppliers to identify potential counterparty risks and business opportunities. 9. Manage currency, FX, and international transfer risks. 10. Monitor macroeconomic environment to mitigate macroeconomic risks. 11. Resolve disputes with key clients and suppliers through regular reconciliation, ranking No. 1 among 7 overseas regional headquarters. 12. Maintain strong relationships with banks through regular visits. 13. Promote financial compliance through regular training and monitoring.
