Gestão do time de engenharia e dos times de qualidade da Fábrica 2 (Fundição de Ferro e Aço). Atendendo clientes do setor agrícola , automotivo e ferroviário como:John Deere, CNH, Scania, Vale, Rumo e Voith.

Gestão dos times das áreas de produção, da unidade fabril 82 e cura frio da unidade fabril 10. Atendimento ao setor eólico, máquinas ferramenta de grande porte, injetoras e sopradoras de plástico, mercado agrícola, construção (linha amarela) e sobre encomenda.

Responsible for the areas of production, modeling, production planning and control, warehouse, engineering,methods and process of factory unit 10 (foundry),81 (machining) and 83 (machines base boiler and mounting),attending to automotive, machines, tools and injecting.

Report to the Pindamonhangaba and Mogi das Cruzes Plants Executive Manager. Management of the routine of quality system ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 in Pindamonhangaba and Mogi das Cruzes plants. Clients service and responsible for the chemical, metalurgic, metrology and inspection engineering labs. Responsible for the productive areas support and continuous improvement projects progress follow-up. Implementation, management and improvement of the plants day by day management, including the agenda and trainings. Foster of the innovation in the plants, creating environment and condition to identify business problems and seek for 4.0 industry solutions. Projects management, results report and roadmap construction.

Report to the Pindamonhangaba and Mogi das Cruzes Plants Executive Manager. Conduction of multifunctional team (product engineers, process engineers, productive areas managers, mechanics, electricista, PCP analyst, operators, lab team and external consultants).

Report to the CEO. Coordination of the teams on routines of safety, environment, quality, production, maintenance, continuous improvement and innovation on foundry, forging, heat treatment and machining. Elaboration of technical contracts and participation on negotiations for the JV creation. Coordination of CAPEX and support to the commercial area and technical assistance. Elaboration and follow-up of the annual planning and roadmaps.

Action with multifunctional teams on new products development, within national and international clients, technical support on products improvement after the conception for clients as Grupo Caterpillar, DaimlerChrysler, Randon Veículos, Usiminas and Petrobras. Analysis of technical offers feasibility, process and its parameters definition on foundry, thermal treatment and non disruptives trials. Support to the productive sector. Elaboration of technical reports (metallurgical) for internal and external clients aiming the process monitoring, fails detection and actions implementation within the productive sector. Coordination of multifunctional groups on FMEA of process elaboration.
