Lead the Video Technology Team in Meituan Platform. Support the Live Streaming and Short Video business of Meituan.

Lead the video technology middle platform teams to support various video applications in Kuaishou, both domestically and abroad.

Lead Media service division (VoD, Live, Media Processing and Client teams) in Alibaba Cloud, with focus on service scalability and availability, as well as end user experience. Support various video applications, such as VoD, live streaming, OTT platforms, from both internal and external customers.

Leading the R&D department with 25+ developers and testers, and 10+ product managers. In charge of the hiring process, as well as their performance evaluation; 3. Leading all aspects of architecture and product development, including one of the biggest live streaming system in China (20~30Gbps bandwidth used, 100, 000 concurrent users at peak), the live stream player on iOS, Android, Symbian, Windows Phone, and Xbox, Dopool TV Content Management System, Dopool TV Advertisement System, and Dopool TV data analytics system, etc;

Studied in Computer Networks, Network Security, Network Application, especially in Peer-to-peer network, and its application to online video application.

Took several Information Technology courses, such as Control theories, Machine Learning, Signal and System, etc. Also minored in English.
