As the Senior Manager for People & Organisation stream, my main roles are: 1. Be the trusted advisor for Clients from various industries to develop & execute talent strategy in supporting business transformation/ strategy with below objectives: - To align organisation design & HC plan (structure, process, staffing plan) with the business target & requirements to achieve the right shape - right size - To attract best talent in the market through innovative recruitment/on-boarding programs & assessment initiatives - To identify, develop and retain client's key talents by implementing world-class talent mnagement practices - To build and strengthen company's culture - To improve people services' delivery via digitalised human capital processes/procedures/dashboard (HRIS) 2. Led and managed end-to-end project cycle in People & Organisation areas, include: - business development initiatives - day-to-day project delivery - client relationship - project control & management, project economics (planning & budgeting) - team development: coaching & mentoring

As a Manager in People & Organisation (Consultant) area, my role was to lead and manage human resource transformation projects in various companies which covers: - talent management (recruitment, performance and career management) - competency development - organisation design & human resource planning - leadership assessment and development program - HR due dilligence - change management projects mainly in financial, telco, state owned government and public sectors

• Led HC Transformation initiatives to improve and enhance the maturity process of HC management in companies • Designed and proposed new HC management systems based on business and people strategy such as competency model, performance management, career management, talent management, succession planning, learning & development system, workload analysis, manpower planning, competency assesment, grading system & job evaluation, etc. • Managed projects start from business development & procurement process, project planning, execution, monitoring, until completion stage.
