Core team member for The Drop Conference, co-organized with Pale Blue Dot and Domino Studio. 2024 – 2025: Took on a cross-functional operations role, managing logistics, coordinating stakeholders, volunteers, side events, and handling on-the-spot challenges to ensure seamless delivery. 2022: In the inaugural year, supported the Project Manager with vendor management, budgeting, scheduling, on-site operations, and the EU grant reports, ensuring smooth execution of all event activities.

RadCap is an investment company comprising over 80 female angel investors dedicated to empowering early-stage startups with intelligent capital and a network of supportive mentors. Our team is committed to fostering equality by investing in female-founded startups (50% or more) with exceptional teams and groundbreaking ideas.

2Hearts is a community of founders, investors, and top executives with immigration backgrounds that aim to empower diverse talents and enrich Europe’s tech economy. - Actively engaged with other community members, offered advice, and exchanged ideas.

My mission is to provide insights into climate efforts in China for the global audience. - Researched, curated, and published a weekly newsletter that makes it easy to stay informed about climate actions in China.

Our team was selected to join the Venture Challenge by Startup Norway, a three-month hybrid program that aims to educate emerging venture managers. - Developed fund thesis, strategy, and portfolio management approach. - Cultivated relationships with LPs, GPs, and venture experts to expand the network. - Enhanced and presented fund thesis to Export and Investment Fund of Denmark (EIFO).

The founders and board members include: Joel Larsson and Hampus Jakobsson (GP of Pale blue dot VC), Karsten Deppert (Co-Founder of MindPark), Charlotta Tönsgård (serial entrepreneur), and Charlotta Falvin (Chairperson of the Board). Our mission is to build a vibrant tech community in Southern Sweden. My achievements: Sponsorship Management - Fundraised and maintained 3M SEK in private and public funding from Venture Lab, Lund University, SEB, SONY, Vinge, ALMI Företagspartner, and Region Skåne. Talent Attraction and Culture Building - Recruited and trained 30 interns. After the internships, 17 were employed by startups, VCs, and large corporations, and I hired 3 full-time employees. Marketing & Branding - Increased brand awareness, growing LinkedIn organic followers by 470% without a budget. And set up communication guidelines, including brand positioning, identity, and content strategy. Events Management Responsible for 60+ tech events ranging from 10 - 600 founders and investors. Highlights: - GrowInvest Helsingborg: 200 people - Startup Live! Helsingborg: 250 people - The Drop Conference Malmö: 600 people - Weekly events of Women in Entrepreneurship, Startup Coffee, and Investor Fireside Chat Founder and Investor Relations - Developed relationships with global investors, established the Investor Service team, and trained them on venture scouting and deal flow - Built a database of 450 startups and maintained data quality Community Engagement - Collaborated with incubators (e.g. Minc, Hetch, Ideon Innovation, Venture Lab), co-workings (e.g.The Ground, MindPark), cluster organization (e.g. Mobile Height), universities (e.g. Lund and Malmö University) on startups related initiatives and projects; - Represented our organization at various tech events and acted as a jury/speaker (e.g.Venture Cup Syd Jury and speaker, Venture Lab Jury, and Malmö Näringslivsgala Jury); Board Management - Worked closely with board members on strategy development.

Co-organized with Pale Blue Dot, Revolt, and Skåne Startups. Funded by the European Regional Development Fund (via the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth), Almi, Malmö Stad, Region Skåne, and Event in Skåne, with foundational sponsorship from VC fund 2150. Results - Delivered a full-day program with 60+ speakers covering hydrogen, carbon removal, sustainable mobility, coastal deserts, and more. - Attracted 600+ international delegates and achieved a Net Promoter Score of 60.5. Responsibilities - EU Grant Management: Managed the full lifecycle of EU grant funding from application to reporting, ensuring compliance with all guidelines. - Stakeholder Engagement: Built and maintained strong relationships with funders and partners; gathered feedback and aligned interests to meet project objectives. - Volunteer Coordination: Recruited and trained 36 volunteers from Lund University and Malmö Stad; developed clear operational guidelines. - Event Operations: Supported the Project Manager in vendor management, budgeting, scheduling, and on-site delivery to ensure smooth execution.

- Awarded with the Swedish Institute Study Scholarships (SISS) funded by the Swedish government. (3830 candidates applied for 157 spots. It covered flights, living costs, and tuition) - Awarded with Linköping University 100% tuition waiver Scholarship. (I was the only student who received this scholarship in my programme) - Awarded with Erasmus Mundus Scholarship to complete exchange studies in Finland.

- Completed 7 weeks of online courses on product-market fit, startup pricing strategies, user acquisition techniques, and team culture building; - Participated in the weekly video discussions with entrepreneurs worldwide and offered feedback on other students' business ideas;
