* In accordance to company HSE policy, ensure all tasks are carried out safely and efficiently and ensure all personals under supervision comply company's safety rules * Review the operation of equipment and systems constantly, to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate solve problems in a timely manner, and to implement the Planned Maintenance System. * Organize, monitor and direct the installation, removal, relocation, maintenance and repair on site to ensure the function of equipment meets production need * Analyze, report and record all the equipment breakdown events, find out the weakness in equipment and inspection system and implement better solutions * Maintain inventory of all the electrical spare parts at a reasonable level, ensure no interruption in production process * Offer advice, training and assistance to team members, to improve the skill in solving problems and capability on equipment maintenance planning

* Make and carry out equipment Preventive Maintenance Plan and yearly overhaul plan, ensure all electrical equipment function meet production operation * Troubleshooting and solve all equipment problems in timely manner to avoid any downtime * Analyze, report and record all the equipment breakdown events, find out the weakness in equipment and inspection system and implement better solutions * Establish and monitor the spare parts levels and an effective reporting system of repair activities to ensure no interruption in production process * According to company policy, coordinate with third party inspectors to conduct the audit and inspection on electrical safety device and emergency function
