During my time as a Purchasing Assistant I have run my own my own accounts from initial order enquiry to order handover and further involvement if there is a cost implication on late delivery's or changes to the design. As well as the above I am a systems based individual that picks up any program quickly and efficiently with a great understanding of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and PLM, I would pride myself on being approachable where anyone has an issue on a program that I will always try and help to resolve it so they can proceed with their task.

I was initial brought into Global Brands Group on a temporary bases to cover the day to day Merchandising whilst the team was able to attend the train needed for Microsoft Dynamics AX, it was quickly realized that I was better suited to be in those training sessions. Even though I have no technical background or training in IT, using programs come naturally. I was quickly assigned as a super user who would work along side the external consultants to get the information from the previous system transferred over to AX. I have experience in troubleshooting end user issues and either guiding them through the resolution or directing them to the escalation team that can solve the issue. I have been involved in testing various methods of operating the system before enrolling it out to the end users. I have the ability to lead training workshops in various elements of Dynamics AX, which resulted in the end users being able to process their orders sufficiently.
