-Interact professionally and represent the organization when speaking with client, subconsultant, and contractor representatives. -Participate in the selection and presentation of lighting, fabrics, furniture systems, FF&E, and colour palettes. -Provide design support and documentation during completion and execution of design concepts -Work with independent consultants, brand ambassadors, furniture retailers, and fabricators. -Attend meetings to define project criteria, coordinate drawings and resources, and offer information.

-Initiate design concept, layouts and material selection -Handle presentation with concept diagrams, perspective drawings, and other means to demonstrate the design -Prepare documentation, working drawings, detail drawings, and various specifications for tendering procedures

-Handle independently design and working drawings together with contract documentation. -Liaise with contractors, suppliers and other consultants.

-Responsible for the user experience of mobile apps product testing and improvement report -Participate in user research, documentation, market analysis, user testing and interviews, UAT, workshops in enhancing user experience. -identify and design product features and user flow. -Presenting work to design, product and engineering teams and synthesizing any feedback into meaningful user experiences.

-Create 3D model in SketchUp / 3D max with Vray -Prepare for construction drawings and detailed drawings -Prepare for full set presentation, including design concept, space planning for all layout & selection of materials
