Supporting the Event Manager and Event Specialist with operational delivery of the T20WC matches with specific focus on documentation and in venue requirements. Key Responsibilities Pre-Event - Supporting the Event Manager to assist with the operational planning within the designated venue/s where required - Supporting LOC Functional Area lads with pre-event operational advice and on- venue representation to complete tasks where appropriate - Attending, assisting with, and contributing to Event Planning Group meetings - Assisting with venue preparation through facilitation of bump-in and bump-out activities in absence of Event Manager or FA Representatives. - Actively supporting and contributing to contingency planning and readiness exercises. Event Delivery Supporting with the delivery of various operational requirements for match days including: Catering Parking FF&E requirements Medical Deliveries Acting as the Bump in/out contact Assisting the Event Specialist/Event Manager as required Cricket Operations - Supporting the cricket operations manager in items such as DLS & PMOA
