Currently bringing Bird Creek Whiskey into the Washington market in Spokane-area bars, liquor stores, and local establishments. After a successful summer driving high-volume direct sales and brand awareness through the Portland tasting room and local markets. My focus is on scaling our regional footprint, managing account relationships, and optimizing product merchandising to ensure Bird Creek stands out in a competitive retail landscape.

I worked with the product and ecommerce team, completing market research and competitive analysis, engaging in cross-functional collaboration, and defining requirements, including creating a Product Brief to create a five-year plan for a new product launch and the best course of action.

• Engaged with customers to provide personalized service and product recommendations. • Managed inventory, organized displays, and had a big role in sales transactions.

• Provided exceptional customer service as a host, greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a welcoming environment. • Assisted with support staff duties, including clearing tables, restocking supplies, and helping maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant.

Worked as an intern in areas of the company including the retail, finance, and sales departments. I worked for a month in each of these three departments to gain insight into how a company works and operates surrounding the second most traded commodity in the world.

Worked in the warehouse packed and shipped orders to customers and did a variety of special projects (as needed).

During my first summer of employment, I worked primarily as a busser and Dishwasher. During my second summer, I worked as a Host and a Busser, as well as working in Catering for weddings.

I started a neighborhood dog walking business in 6th grade. I walked dogs almost daily before and after school. That transitioned into leash training and dog walking when time allowed. I now dog and house sit for all my previous customers when I'm home for the summer and continue to leash train a few dogs when time allows.

I helped set up and take down fields for games. I also provided customer service for people coming into the clubhouse.

At the front desk, I checked memberships, provided customer service, and helped maintain the facilities including the pool, bathrooms, and various sports courts. At the concession stand, I took orders, processed payments, and provided food and snacks.

Attended IAU campus in Madrid for my full junior year of College. I got to travel, really hone my Spanish speaking ability, and make lifelong friends, all while getting a great education.
