As a retailer at heart, I love what I do. With many years in Retail Management behind me I'm thrilled to be at the helm at Brown Thomas Limerick. I've a great passion for our product and our service and I instil this in my fantastic team. I strive to hit the right balance in terms of my management style, being both hands-on where necessary, as well as enabling my team to deliver results by coaching and mentoring. With a focus on driving standards, encouraging teamwork, living our company values, whilst always putting our customer first, I am committed to developing my commerciality and management skills even further.
