2 Years Mechanical Technician position in Angola for BP. Highly involved with construction and commisioning activities from an Opperations side. Also worked with 2 year operating spares set up, preservation and the Maintenance build system. All duties for 1st oil readiness. after 1st oil my main duties were carrying out roles as Performing Authority, Isolation Authority and Area Authority within ISSOW, this allowed me to carry out maintenance andmake isolations on all types of plant equipment; Gas turbines, Diesel engines, Reciprocating and Centrifugal gas compressors, Utility pumps- positive displacement and centrifugal, air compressors, diesel centrifuge, pipe fitting,rigging and lifting laser alignment and hydralic torquing.

6 Years Mechanical Technician position in the North Sea for Petrofac. During which the FPSO went through a re-fit and change of oil field therefor i was highly involved with construction and commisioning activities from an Opperations side. Also worked with 2 year operating spares set up, preservation and the Maintenance build system. All duties for 1st oil readiness. after 1st oil my main duties being maintenance on all types of plant equipment; Gas turbines, Diesel engines, Reciprocating and Centrifugal gas compressors, Utility pumps- positive displacement and centrifugal, air compressors, diesel centrifuge, pipe fitting,rigging and lifting laser alignment and hydralic torquing. .

Lead Mechanical Technician on FPF-1 project currently in Gdansk. FPF-1 is going through a major construction and plant refit. Currently my roles have been with MMS build, setting up 2 year operating spares, setting up ISSOW for when we go live, preservation of equipment.

3 years spent at Glasgow college of Nautical studies Gaining HND in Mechanical engineering, SVQ in marine engineering and OOW certificate.
