Lead the implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS), managing process design, stakeholder engagement, system adoption, and continuous optimisation. Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting, networking, and talent mapping to attract high-calibre candidates. Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions across international markets. Manage offer negotiations, onboarding, and candidate experience to secure top talent and improve retention. Analyse recruitment data and KPIs to identify trends, improve hiring performance, and support strategic decision-making. Champion continuous improvement initiatives, streamlining recruitment processes and introducing best practices to increase efficiency and quality of hire.
