Productivity, costs, quality, safety and people management. Responsible to ensure supply chain from production schedule to daily volume accomplishment. Autonomous and Progressive maintenance.

Responsible to set and maintain process controls in order to support machines operation delivering productivity, scrap, quality and materials utilization objectives. Define process and technology opportunities to improve machines performance.

Responsible to ensure technical learning’s deployment in production machines, support operational crews gathering technical information to maintain and increase productivity results. RTT methodology owner and single point contact for raw material suppliers.
