Negotiates with suppliers and contractors for best price, fastest leadtime, and top quality products and services. Accredits new suppliers and contractors. Conducts shop and warehouse audits to ensure they comply with SMB standards and requirements. Inventory Planner: Creates and updates material requirements planning. Prepares purchase requisitions, identifies correct specifications, monitors shipment and delivery status to ensure to ensure target inventory levels are achieved. Warehouse In Charge: Ensures that incoming deliveries are in tip-top condition prior receiving. Manages the upkeep of the warehouse and ensures that stock item's quality is preserved until the time of their use. Issues the right materials required by the operation at the right time, right quantity and best quality.
