Examining and understanding the contract, communicating with the talent manager and our staff, assisting with loading and unloading procedures, arranging the hospitality room to meet the needs of the talent and ensuring all requests from the band are handled efficiently. I Manage the overall operation of the box office, initializing and finalizing all sales transactions for events. Responsible for programming and monitoring technology and managing Eventbrite guest list and ticketing system. Reviewing sales and assisting customers with any questions, concerns and customer service issues. I Executing online and in-person promotions through social media, which help increase ticket sales and create awareness of all our events and our company.

* My responsibilities include; * Stocking and replenishing merchandise according to the stores layout and the quantity of merchandise. * Maintaining the stock room, conducting wall moves, fixing fixtures, and visualizing the entire store. * At times I operating the cash registers. I have priced merchandise and taken inventory. * I have been trained for management by being accepted into the AIM program (associates interested in management). Which has prepare me to build a strong team, communicate expectations and goals to other employees, cultivate a customer-focused shopping environment, and also to mentor associates on how to practice the most efficient sales and customer service, etc.
