I represent employers in employment-related litigation in state and federal courts and at arbitration and mediation. I have investigated allegations of discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment, hostile work environment and retaliation on behalf of employers in resolving both pre-litigation matters and lawsuits. I proactively assist employers in ensuring their employment practices are legally compliant. In addition to employment-related litigation, my practice focuses on complex civil litigation matters. I handle complex civil litigation matters for corporations, small businesses, insurance carriers, public entities, and individuals. Throughout my practice, I have managed caseloads beginning with initial investigation through resolution. I am a strong client advocate who finds creative and successful solutions to problems. I am admitted to practice law in both Washington and California. I received my B.S. in Political Science from the University of Washington and my J.D. from U.C. Davis School of Law. During law school, I interned with Justice Goodwin Liu of the California Supreme Court.
