I worked with YOLOv12 for object detection and PaddleOCR for text extraction, optimizing both speed and accuracy under real-world conditions such as varying lighting and weather. I collaborated closely with the engineering team to deploy, test, and validate the system, supporting the goal of building an efficient AI solution for port logistics operations.
