Achievements：1.Responsible for the whole process of recruitment, including establishing a talent pool and update it in real time. analyzing the recruitment efficiency of various channels and etc. 2.Report and update personnel information according to monthly personnel changes and recruitment. 3.Responsible for some other HR daily work, such as new employee guidance, attendance report productions and supporting project work like annual meeting, annual team building and other HR related work.

Achievements：1.Responsible for the whole process of Campus Hiring, including making campus hiring plan, advertising, interviewing, giving offers and etc. 2.Responsible for the Quarterly and yearly performance reviews of a business unit, including making plan, analyzing results, communicating with departments head about the result and etc. During it, I have successfully completed the performance review of 16 departments and at total of 1017 people. 3.Responsible for the division's annual training plan according to the budget.
