For 2 years I worked as the Deputy Manager of Sharjah Wanderers, a multi-faceted facility with sports, fitness, entertainment and family fun. A one of a kind membership club which is exclusive, humble and a relaxing oasis in the heart of Sharjah.

Throughout my time in full time education I worked as a water sport instructor teaching people of all ages kayaking, sailing, stand up paddle boarding, surfing and orienteering. In 2016 I was promoted to manager and ran the water sports center for 1 season before moving to the UAE. This job required me to be very flexible as everyday is different with exciting challenges being thrown at you. My roles included: - Setting up the center for the day - Welcoming students to the school - Briefing the students, letting them know the plan for the session - Reiterate the importance of safety - Give students the appropriate sized wetsuit and demonstrate how to put it on - Sufficiently rig the boats - Plan an exciting session to meet all learner wants and needs - Teach students the designated sport - Ensure students are enjoying themselves - Be creative - Arrive back to land safely - Debrief students and return/wash their wetsuit - Clean the center

While on a J1 student visa I lived in San Diego for 3 months. During the 3 months I worked in Mission Bay Sport Center as the head sailing camp counselor. I taught children of all ages how to sail a variety of boats. After hours and on lunch breaks, I did 1-2-1 lessons and trips with adults & families.

As a sales expert, my duties include being a friendly sales assistant who acts professionally and can always assist the customer as a guest in our store. Provide excellent customer service: - Greeting customers to the store in friendly matter - Receive and process cash and card sales - Gift wrap and bag gifts Key responsibilities: - Replenishing stock to ensure the shelves are well presented - Merchandising the store: apply and arrange merchandise to an exciting standard - Accept returns, exchange products and process faulty items in the P.O.S system - Taking inventory and ordering in new stock - Lodging money into the bank and ordering notes/coins
