- Managing recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding - Organizing and maintaining up-to-date employee personnel files - Ensuring compliance with Labor Law and relevant legal regulations - Supporting the implementation and follow-up of performance evaluation systems - Contributing to training and development planning and coordinating training activities - Preparing monthly payroll inputs and tracking employee attendance and leave records - Facilitating employee relations and interdepartmental communication - Assisting in internal communication and employee engagement initiatives - Creating and maintaining HR reports (e.g., workforce analytics, absenteeism, gender balance) - Participating in organizational development and change management projects - Managing processes related to discipline, promotion, and job rotation - Supporting union relations and collective bargaining processes (if applicable)
