Levent Çelepçi is the Managing Partner of Schoenherr Türkiye where he also leads the corporate/m&a department. With more than 25 years of experience, Levent is advising local and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, acquisition financing, regulatory compliance and governance issues as well as representing foreign companies in public bids before the Turkish government, public institutions and companies. He frequently acts for clients in the energy and gas industry, automotive, packaging sector, pharmaceutical as well as in retail.
