I am the sales manager at T&C Industrial Distribution JSC (T&CID) in northern Vietnam. We are a leading provider of material handling equipment such as forklift trucks, man-lift trucks, and other automation logistics products. With over a decade of experience in industrial distribution and a background in mechanical manufacturing technology, I have a strong understanding of the technical aspects and applications of our products, including AICHI, STILL, BAOLI, SEER Robotics, TUSKROBOTS, and RUSSELL Robotics. My core competencies include project sales, OEM sales, and distributor management, as well as providing customized solutions to meet our customers' specific needs. In my role, I oversee sales and after-sales services in the northern region, working with a dynamic team of sales and technical professionals. My mission is to drive the growth and success of T&CID by expanding our market share, strengthening customer relationships, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
