I work as a functional analyst responsible for the pre-scoping area of projects related to the use of CRM Salesforce. In this role, our objective is to carry out all the technical and commercial planning for our stakeholders, as well as working on the internal expansion of the tool, identifying the client's needs and building new plans in accordance with the budget allocated for the project. My main functions are: - Holding meetings with the areas involved; - Establishing a prior understanding and documenting the scope required to carry out the project; - Helping to structure a schedule for the implementation of the project scope based on the available effort; - Analyzing the impacts of the new scope on our environment together with the technical team; - Acting to identify improvements and new opportunities. I also act as a point of support for the service flows for financing products, credit cards and digital banking, where I have worked on high-impact projects such as building a 360 service screen and integrating Salesforce with the internal telephony system.

As a consultant, I was responsible for detailing clients' AS IS processes and adapting them to Salesforce solutions, specializing in the Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. My main duties included: - Carrying out discovery with the client; - Assisting in the design of the solution together with the architects and the team; - Carrying out minor coding in Salesforce; - Doing all the No-Code configuration within the platform; - Working in the team using agile methods; - Supporting the delivery and assisted operation of projects.

I joined Cognizant through a Trainee program, where I took part in a month of training in various areas. I chose to try for a position on the Salesforce team, presenting a fictitious project to a panel of Cognizant executives and being selected by the Salesforce managers. My initial duties included monitoring ongoing projects, assisting with documentation and reviews, and making minor changes to Salesforce environments. With time and personalized training in Salesforce, I began to work as a junior consultant, helping with client data collection, documentation and performing declarative configurations within the client's Salesforce platform. I also supported the team by providing Salesforce induction training for project users.
