Management of infrastructure assets (highways, ports, airports, trams, railways, hospitals) in national and international markets, total value over € 700 millions, being Member of the Board of Directors for the different Operating Companies (highways in Chile and Concessionaire Tram in Spain). Leading and management of public tenders for public-private partnership infrastructure tenders in national and international markets, with investment worth between € 250 million and €4.500 million, negotiation of Concession and Financial contracts, and Due Diligence Coordination.

Involved in the different stages of a project life-cycle: bid process, financial close, negotiation of concession contracts and due diligence process, in infrastructure projects in national and international markets (Spain, Ireland, Costa Rica, Chile, Greece, etc.), leading multinational and multidisciplinary teams (legal, technical, financial, traffic, …).
