GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Responsible for the overall management and procurement of local and imported direct raw materials & packaging materials, fixed assets, supplies and services needed for the company’s operation. SPECIFIC DUTIES: 1. Formulates and implements purchasing policies and objectives adopted by Management and the Department. 2. Plan and implement purchasing operation to ensure effective use of resources. 3. Build and maintain linkages between the Procurement function and the business units/operations/ R&D/Logistics and Marketing. 4. Monitor daily requisitions, review and distribute same to assigned Purchasing Staff for prompt action. 5. Approves department requisition, canvass, purchase orders and contracts. 6. Supervise local and imported purchases in accordance with material specification to avoid duplication, waste and obsolescence. 7. Coordinate with contracted suppliers and ensure that commitments are observed accordingly. 8. Develop and implement procurement productivity opportunities for direct raw materials and packaging materials as well as indirect material categories. 9. Oversee and manages SAP operation within Purchasing Department as Power Key User. 10. Conduct SAP orientation/ training to other department users in relation to purchase requisition and good receipt activities. 11. Evaluate new suppliers for accreditation in coordination with related departments. 12. Initiates and coordinates with R&D and Manufacturing Management Department on development of raw materials and packaging materials in relation to cost down projects. 13. Attend planning meeting related to local and imported purchasing in coordination with related departments. 14. Conducts and performs Internal Quality Audit within the department and company as INTERNAL AUDITOR under the Quality Management System (QMS) Manual and Procedures in line with ISO 9001:2008 Standards.

REPORTS TO: GENERAL MANAGER GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assumes responsibility in overall management of Corporate Purchasing activities related to Manufacturing Departments (Air Conditioner Manufacturing Division, Washing Machine Department) SPECIFIC DUTIES: 1. Promotes and leads Manufacturing Department Cost Reduction activities thru * Localization * Value Engineering / Value Analysis * Price Negotiation to New and Current Supplier * Bidding & Outsourcing of New Supplier both Local and International (IPO sourcing to China manufacturers, etc. ) 2.Conducts Supplier‘s Audit ( Plant Evaluation ) as part of the Accreditation process based on Quality , Cost , Delivery , Service and Environmental Aspect as LEAD AUDITOR of the Auditing Team. 3.Manages overall company accreditation requirements of both local and international procurement thru Purchase Agreement Contract. 4.Analyzes Suppliers performance evaluation in monthly, semi-annual and quarterly basis as well as Suppliers accreditation. 5.Conducts Environmental Quality Assurance Audit and Restriction on Hazardous Substances ( ROHS ) Audit to all PMPC’s accredited suppliers as LEAD AUDITOR of the Auditing Team. 6.Conducts and performs Environmental Quality Health and Safety (EQHS) Audit within the department and company as INTERNAL AUDITOR under the Unified Management System (UMS) Manual and Procedures in line with ISO 9001 , ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 Standards. 7.Basic COST CALCULATION of new parts and current parts thru Standard Quotation Form ( SQF ) a.Raw Material cost calculation b.Plastic Injection cost calculation c.Metal stamping cost calculation d.Carton box cost calculation e.Rubber cost calculation 8.Conducts Technical Training related to purchasing matters such as Cost Calculation esp. on Plastic Injection parts & Metal Stamping parts and GP-WEB to all purchasers and suppliers as TRAINOR / FACILITATOR.

POSITION : PRODUCTION ENGINEER REPORTS TO: DEPARTMENT HEAD SUPERVISES: IN- HOUSE PRODUCTION (METAL PRESS STAMPING) GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Assumes responsibility in overall supervision of Washing Machine In-House Metal Press Production in the assigned area. SPECIFIC DUTIES: 1.Supervise Washing Machine In-House Metal Press Production activities thru: a.Daily Monitoring of In –House Production based on PSI and production schedules. b. Checking , recording and monitoring of Production Efficiency ,Operation Ratio and Productivity in daily and monthly basis. c. Checking , recording and monitoring of total time loss of the total working time in daily /monthly basis. d. Checking and evaluating quality of metal parts finished products.

POSITION : PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER REPORTS TO: ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR SUPERVISES: NEW MODEL DEVELOPMENT AND CURRENT MODEL GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assumes responsibility overall supervision of the introduction of Washing Machine New Models in the domestic market as well as Current Models during the Development Stages. SPECIFIC DUTIES: 1. Promotes and supervise Washing Machine Department New Model development activities thru a. Parts and Product Evaluation according to JIS Standard , Drawing Specifications , and other reference standards as to assure good quality of the product. b. New Model Product Orientation to our Dealers in the introduction of new model. c. Checking all approval documents prior to the Mass Production of new parts and current revised parts as well as the Shipping Certificate for New Model Finished Goods. d. Developing Parts as prescribed in the Drawing Specifications (Plastic Injection/Extrusion, Metal Stamping, Printed Matters , Painting , Casting , Corrugated Die Cutting, etc. ) e. Conducting Supplier’s Plant evaluation thru System Audits.
