In conjunction with the President, the role is accountable for the design and delivery of a successful, significant, and legally compliant programs within the Organization.

* In charge of the recruitment for Cassidian/Astrium/Eurocopter /Cassidian Cybersecurity * As Recruitment Specialist: * Responsible for proper selection and assessment of candidates within LeadTimes and quality objectives defined by the Divisions. * Support to the Hiring Managers in their Recruitment activities * Follow-up of the recruitment plan within the HR Recruitment System (SAP E-recruiting) * Management of third parties: Assessment and selection of possible recruitment agencies, headhunters when needed. * As Internal Mobility Focal Point (for CASSIDIAN): * Define an action plan, starting from the analysis of the mobile employee skills, experience and wishes * Help the mobile employee get ready for her/his next applications * Target suitable internal mobility opportunities by using ERC network and expertise. * Define training needs (adaptation to the next identified position) where necessary and realistic * Act as a coach and a source of support

* Give support to Mexico Human Resources Management in the development the next activities: * To support the Human Resources function providing subject matter expertise support on recruitment (attracting the best talent), selection. Follow up of internal and external candidates during all the selection process (HR System, interviews, exams application, communication, updated database, maintain recruitment sources and when necessary Inmigration process). * To follow up Corporative Initiatives and Internal Communications * HR Service: To approach all the CGGVI and French expats issues. * Training and development (working as a liaison with the CGGV University in Villahermosa and Mexico City)

* Management and Improvement of the global recruitment tool (Taleo Business Edition : applications & users administration, database update, Process Definition & Implementation within the Group) * Take part in the construction of International Recruitment Campaigns (Profiles selection, budget optimization, external and internal communication) * Proposition & Implementation of a new HR Communication (Internal & External) * Harmonization of the Campus Relationships for the Group * International Mobility : Benchmark of HR practices and review of the International Mobility Policy for the Group (directly reporting to the Group International Mobility Manager) * Professional travels for this mission: Singapore, Mexico, Brazil, USA.

* Drafting of HR process * Drafting of Work contract (French,English, Spanish, German) * Provide administrative support in the international transfer process (compensation simulations, work contract..) * Follow up of the trial periods * Follow up of the Recruitment plan (recruitment, turnover, social indicators) * Management of the administrative part of the employment process * Administration of the HR files

* Administrative support in the hiring process * Management of the medical visits for the temporaries * Preparation of the payroll * Follow up of social indicators * Provide support in the recruitment process (selection of candidates)

* Recruiter for all Divisions and Functions * HR Communication * Expatriates Officer : support and administration of all processes involving expats, including expenses control, local allowances control, terms and conditions verification, * Policy compliance etc. * HR Special Project Officer

* Drafting of HR process * Follow-up of the recruitment plan * In charge of new employees integration process * Optimization of the HR communication plan. * Take part in the Campus Management policy * Follow-up of the training policy of the Division. * Career management in collaboration with the operational managers. * Design & Implementation of the Intranet for the HR Department
