• Prepare Annual Price Negotiations for current projects achieving 3-5% cost reduction •Stablish & maintain commercial relationship with current & new suppliers. •Generate localization strategy for Electronics, Mechanical, Plastic parts and PCBs. •Ensure that new raw material for prototype projects are quoted & ready for procurement to support production on schedule as planned. • Maintain ERP system with correct purchasing data. •Negotiate price, terms & conditions for the current supply base leading QBRs with Top Spend Suppliers. •Negotiate with main Strategic Suppliers VMI implementation for Top Spend Items. •Develop materials in boom with local suppliers ensuring quality compliance and best terms •Support Purchasing team with price discrepancies or substitute AML approval to reduce costs

Responsible of MRO purchasing process, coordinating activities such as supplier meetings, market research, stationery and consumables’ requests. ►Direct contact with suppliers for negotiation and supplier development. ►Keep control of purchase orders, expediting, requesting Pull, Push or Cancellation of orders. ►Keeping documents updated and use of COBAEJ shopping portal. ►Making contracts, addendums and direct awards for the best quotes with values from $100k to $1M MXN. ►Scouting suppliers to cover purchasing requirements.
