* Communicate with internal and external clients in a professional manner. * Answer calls as per Service Level Agreement (SLA) and adhere to Quality Assurance * Ask correct questions and gain information * Coordinate with all parties involved * Finalise when all information is available. * Authorise claims payments in accordance with policy parameters. * Follow up on faxed queries & reports. * Administer and authorise claims payments on the system as per Company Policy and Procedures. * Adhere to staff schedule * Read system reports * Processing of claims as per Manufacturers specification
