I lead compliance, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives that support high-value manufacturing operations. In addition to my work at the Dothan site—recognized for its precision machining and quality excellence—I also supported the Owosso, Michigan facility, where I collaborated closely with the team to uphold rigorous standards and drive operational improvements.

South Korea-based Tier I automotive supplier specializing in injection and blow-molded plastic components. The facility supports Hyundai’s manufacturing operations in Montgomery and serves as Inzi’s first U.S. location. Since opening in 2009, the site has grown significantly, employing over 220 people and expanding production capacity to meet increasing demand

Took on full responsibility for both Quality Control and Quality Assurance after absorbing the QA engineering team, stepping into the role of site quality lead. Managed two front-end assembly lines inside the Nissan Smyrna plant, ensuring seamless quality oversight. Expanded our on-site presence by adding three liaisons at Nissan, plus one each at Honda Canada and Autoliv in Ogden, Utah, to maintain high quality standards and strengthen customer relationships. Oversaw audits, labs, and metrics—driving quality from the shop floor to executive dashboards.

Oversaw quality operations across all three shifts for both our injection molding and electronics facilities, leading a team of 20 direct reports. Managed the metrology and environmental testing labs, ensuring equipment and processes met high standards. Took the lead on IATF 16949 and customer audits, and kept a close eye on key quality metrics to drive continuous improvement. Balanced hands-on leadership with big-picture strategy to keep quality tight and production smooth.

Led launch activities for three major vehicle programs—the Nissan Frontier, Honda Odyssey, and Subaru models (both left-hand and right-hand drive). After being awarded the business, I helped kick off tooling development and traveled to Japan to support each program hands-on. I worked closely with local teams to develop and approve all instrument panel tools before they shipped to the U.S. Once stateside, I coordinated customer trials to validate tool performance and ensure each program was fully ready for start of production.

Oversaw quality for fascia and cladding parts supplied to four GM and Chrysler plants. Led efforts that cut PPM in half through data-driven employee engagement and Kaizen initiatives. Represented the company in OEM color match meetings and implemented SPC tools to monitor and improve process performance.
