LeRoy De La Peña
Operations Site Deployment Coordinator, NA @ Vantage Data Centers
About
I work in construction delivery and operational readiness for hyperscale data center projects, making sure sites aren’t just built, but are actually ready to be turned over and operated. My role spans the full construction lifecycle; from early planning and readiness definition, through construction execution, commissioning readiness, and formal turnover to Operations. I’m involved early to help teams surface risks, align expectations, and avoid last-minute surprises. I’ve worked on both sides of the industry: in the field with construction crews and inside live data center environments where details matter. That mix of hands‑on and big‑picture experience is what I bring to every project. I’m at my best in complex environments with hundreds of moving parts, where the job is to turn all of that into a process that works. I believe in asking the right questions, keeping communication clear, and holding myself and others accountable to deliver. Whether it’s standardizing turnover processes, aligning construction and operations teams, or managing readiness trackers with hundreds of tasks tied to safety, documentation, and training, I approach each project with the same mindset: no detail is too small if it impacts the bigger goal.
