AMHS Adjustment, Monitoring, Sustaining and Maintenance of TSMC wafer Automated Material Handler Project Start up, Testing and Production Run (Taiwan and Japan - FAB) - Control Automated VHL using Handy Terminal and Transport System - Monitor Daifuku VHL Automated Material Handler performance - Diagnoses mechanical and electrical problems using technical drawings - Performs preventative maintenance and Handy Terminal Automation Teaching - Conduct VHL-Automated Handler Cycle Testing as per TSMC Specification and Requirements - Create Incident report of equipment’s issue pertaining to production interruption due to equipment breakdown, and provide countermeasures to prevent problem recurrence. - Document all maintenance performed in established check sheets and tracking programs, and routinely review maintenance check sheets and procedures. - Perform technical adjustment on VHL-Automated Handler as per Customer Requirements - Perform Continuous Improvement such as Software and Hardware update

Product Quality, Project Management (EQPL), New Model, Supplier Qualification and Quality Audit, Calibration and Testing. - Assigned as Quality Project Leader (EQPL) during new model Development or New Product build Local and Abroad. - In-charge on Checking Electronic Parts of Motorcycle, Schematic Drawing, and Wiring Diagram Verification. - Overall in-charge on Equipment, tools and Machine Calibration - In-charge on Drawing Verification (GD&T) using CATIA drawing for Mechanical Parts during Development - Parts analysis, Failure analysis and Conduct Reliability testing - In-charge on supplier's Qualification, Audit and Visit on Local and Abroad (Quality Audit). - Generate Inspection report based on the evaluation that was conducted. - Generate Problem Solving report and issued to concerned section for countermeasures and Prevention - Spearheads quality and process improvements. Handling in-process quality issue - Presides Quality meeting on all Project Leader, together with other company stakeholders - Overall in-charge on reporting and presentation on Japanese AVP and EVP - In-charge on Generation of procedures, work instructions, operation Standard, process manual and Inspection Criteria. - Promote making KAIZEN, Continuous Improvement Program on daily work schedule

RMA/8D, Product Quality, Machine Buy-off, Audit, Testing and Calibration - Spearheads quality, process capability (CPK target), and yield improvements. - Spearheads improvement meeting together with the Project Team - Handling in-process quality issues and customer complain (8D, Corrective Action Request) - Conducts IC Failure analysis, Reliability Study, testing and evaluation through DOE (IC Decapsulation) - Handling customer's audit (Verification and closure) - Check customer IC design documents before proceeding the New Product Build - Generates new product introduction and Qualification report (yield, pareto loss, Reliability results - In-coming/in-process material verification requirement assurance and control. - Internal corrective actions issuance and verification. - Generates in-process procedures, work instructions, FMEA, PFMEA and Control Plan, - Presides Quality Meeting and Product Continuous Improvement - Monitors assembly yield and Statistical process control. Prepares Engineering Change Notice on customer advice disposition. - Performs chemical analysis on plating bath on daily basis and ensures within specs before production. - Coordinates, communicates, and sends report directly to the Suppliers and Customers.
