Industrial Pharmacist, graduated from the Pedro Henríquez Ureña National University, Dominican Republic, specialist in Quality Management Systems for the Pharmaceutical Industry, Master in General Treaty of Biopharmacy and Pharmacokinetics from EUROINNOVA, currently studying the specialty in General Bioethics of the European University of the Atlantic and certified on Web Development, I have several diplomas and courses in Regulatory Affairs for the Evaluation of Biological Products and Biotechnology, Auditor in ISO 9001, GMPx, negotiator of Central American Technical Regulation, among others. My professional experience has been developed for more than 20 years within the Pharmaceutical Industry in areas of production, quality management systems, as well as consulting for the construction and installation of pharmaceutical industries in Central America, in the last decade I have ventured into the Regulatory Affairs area by the government sector, mainly, in addition to having ventured into areas of Technical Regulation, Regulatory Innovation, Clinical Research, Pharmacovigilance and participated in Work Commissions with Government Authorities and the same Industry.
