Oversaw bonded warehouse and supply chain operations, managing 7 core functional management team. Dotted-line management across 6 regions and more than 10 million suqre meters warehouses in China, implementing integrated warehouse & distribution operations.

Cross Border eCommerce Service (Inbound)

1. To be responsible for the management of Import and Export team in logistic Dept; 2. Communicate with plant logistic department, warehouse to do the Continue Improvement Procedure; 3. To be responsible for the implementation of group purchasing logistic service contract in plant and RFQ of local required logistic service; 4. Provide consultant and support special logistic requirement of plant project; 5. To be responsible for the forwarder management through KPI calculation, verification and analysis, negotiation with forwarder for the claim of damage cargo; 6. As the Key user role of TMS system(foreign trade management system), attend the system development and implementation, to meet the compliance requirement in import and export; 7. To be responsible for the transportation, customs issues and CIQ issues disposal of special cargo(e.g. returnning cargo).
