Manage production issues and escalate to local project manager if required. - Analyzing, solving problems which are raised during UAT, rollout, post production. - Root cause analysis documentation for production issues. 5. Completed code development measured against the development plan. - Ensure development are went through performance test, application vulnerability test, operational acceptance test. - Ensure sign off by stake holders. - Ensure risks issues are cleared that raised during auditing.
