Recruited to re-invent the FA Experience by leading a major initiative focused on FA practice management, related to the Insurance and Annuity Sales Platform. Consulted with FA’s to create a straight-through-process strategy integrating marketing, sales and operational processes to increase annuity sales and more efficiently manage the FA book of business. Select Accomplishments Designated to build a business plan to address obstacles and barriers for FAs to incorporate annuities into their sales practice. Consulting with 100’s of FA’s, created a strategic roadmap, that enhanced education and product awareness, implemented new support systems, automated key functions resulting in a 10% increase in FA penetration. Designed first of its kind product analysis tool for financial advisors to ensure optimal product choice based on client suitability reducing potential client lawsuits. Created with finance, sales and accounting modules that expedited sales tracking, trend analysis by product type, rider type and demographics to better align our sales strategies.
