Established standardization to the company’s inventory catalog with the intent of performing data analytics cleanly. Developed Python scripts to generate customized ordering templates for 47 cannabis locations that spans 3 states. Developed custom ordering solutions tailored to satisfy the needs of each state’s unique laws and customer demand. Completed several data migrations from one POS to another Created replicable processes with the use of macros to allow the company to upload new product data at scale. Worked closely with various departments to provide assistance via automation with Python.

Managed employees and inventory for 7 stores. Ran the online website using a CMS to maintain inventory, order fulfillment, and customer follow-ups. Set up new inventory system utilizing cloud based inventory tracking using NCR. Interviewed and hired candidates to fill roles in stores needing of employees. Worked in a fast-paced environment, having to attend up to 5 customers at a time alone.

Earned "Employee of the Period" for entire duration of working there, achieving highest $/Transaction, Units/Transaction, and productivity ($/Hr) in my store. Made sure all employees were on top of their zone and sales. Checked up on each employee each hour to go over what their current task is, how they are currently doing in the day for sales, and brainstorm for new projects to ameliorate any sections in need of TLC. Received inventory, organized, and properly placed in the location on the sale floor. Multi-tasking all customers in my zone. Maintained an organization for all tables and walls while interacting with customers.
