- Responsible for three distribution centers with daily movement of 200,000 items. - Administer the inventory (30,000 SKUs). - Manage 600 employees, among them five Managers. - Supervise the Logistics Planning and Projects area, responsible for implementing improvements and process optimization.

- Manage a team of 1 coordinator, 6 analysts and 25 assistants in the Logistics Planning and Internal Audit areas. - Responsible for managing the information flow of the material movement in the process of receiving, storage, separation and expedition for supplying 230 stores headquartered in main Brazil shopping centers located in 22 different states. - Keep track on the indicator of operating performance and logistics costs involved in the operation. - Stay in touch with customers (stores) to ensure the highest performance for the quality and time agreed in the SLA. - Plan and control the unit budget. - Manage the audit team for inventory control. - Support and develop in conjunction with the Supply Chain Director the logistics strategic planning. -Act as a functional manager in the use of WMAS. - Project leader of Sorter implementation (Automatic Sorter Orders) and new Distribution Center of 12.000 m2 at SP state. - Monitor and control the performance indicators and occupancy levels. - Redesign the Logistics Process targeting productivity gains.

- Manage a team of 6 supervisors, 25 leaders of production, 300 operators and 10 maintenance technicians, reporting directly to the Industrial Director. - Experience in managing and supervising the service execution and timeliness. Follow the experiences of alternative materials and equipments. - Coordinate the lifting of the equipment state, request corrections and / or improvements needed; control the spare parts for machines and devices. - Knowledge of control potential and real processes, products and services loss; identify, determine and analise the losses causes, establishing preventive and corrective actions plans. - Evaluate with the Production Planning and Control area the plant capacity and generate alternatives when handicapped. - Responsible for project development, production systems, and planning to control productivity and operational efficiency, combining the human and material resources available to increase production at the lowest possible cost. - Lead the implementation of Lean Manufacturing culture in the creation and use of concepts and tools. I led the project that changed the whole factory layout for continuous flow production in three months with 15% gain in productivity. I implemented the A3 solve problems concept that reduced lines stops by 10%. - Manage the development and compliance with the schedule of corrective, preventive and predictive aiming for the best use of all resources, especially focusing on cost reduction. I restructured the maintenance crews and established new concepts of maintenance prioritization and analysis which reduced the machine downtime by 8%. I Led the TPM implementation in the motors assembly lines increasing the OEE by 17% in 3 months of implantation. I performed a Kaizen to review the spare parts inventory. I reduced the department costs by 60% by reviewing each item of expenditure and spare parts replacement in stock.

- Manage a team of 3 production and maintenance coordinators, 6 production and process leaders, 30 operators and 3 maintenance technicians, reporting directly to the Industrial Manager. - Leadership in people management, including the Organizational Planning, Organizational Climate Management, Performance Management, Compensation and Communication in order to ensure the human resources needed for high business performance. I led the team ensuring and improving the organizational climate for two consecutive years reaching the best result in the people engagement research comparing with others three business units at Alcoa-Poços de Caldas. - Lead the culture creation and use of Lean Manufacturing concepts and tools. - Oversee the elaborate industrial facilities expansion plan in order to ensure the fulfillment of company future needs in terms of production capacity. - Participate in discussions related to new product development. - Control the production department overhead (energy, maintenance costs, raw material) in order to reduce costs on these items. - Analyze and evaluate the production economics aspects regarding to manpower and quantity of materials consumed, in order to reduce costs. - Develop procedures and establish guidelines for maintaining the factory look, when it comes to cleaning, painting, conservation, using 5S and TPM in order to keep the place under conditions that provide the best performance for the employees and equipments. - Study, develop and / or improve processes, equipment, tools, and establish process controls, managing the processes that have CEP and continuous improvement projects, ensuring better quality and higher productivity. - Systematically monitor and control production performance through the analysis of appropriate management indicators, proposing plans and actions needed in order to ensure compliance with the goals and objectives.

- Plan the production in accordance with the capacity, sales volume and machines preventive maintenance. - Manage finished products inventories. I established a new management policy which reduced by 60% the customer complaints about the packaging damaged and the total inventory by 35%. - Evaluate all process reports, verifying the paper production results. - Prepare and submit PCP reports for the Logistics Management. I won the Suggestion of the year with the financial viability analysis of producing a special product that generated a saving of one million dollar a year.
