Throughout my 30-year career, I have led engineering, maintenance, and utilities teams across 10 sites in 5 Brazilian states, consistently achieving high-performance results.I implemented CAPEX projects such as automated freezing tunnels, a 25 ton/h boiler, refrigeration systems, and new production lines, meeting the physical and financial schedule.I developed skills in building multidisciplinary teams, organizing routine management, and excelling in interfacing with internal processes, creating transparent, participatory, and challenging environments, always focused on creating value for the business. I am fluent in English through continuous learning and trips to the IPPE Atlanta USA and IFFA Frankfurt Germany trade shows. I have solid knowledge in Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance, and Industrial Refrigeration.My career has always been characterized by austerity with available resources and compliance with policies and regulations, especially those related to the safety of people and facilities. With courage and firmness, I have always considered decision-making a key factor in success, enabling me to expedite actions and course corrections in daily processes. I always seek to identify benchmarks (external and internal) and ensure agility in executing winning actions. I believe that simplifying processes makes it possible to deliver more with fewer resources.
