●Technical and operational coordination of DBA, Infrastructure, and Level 3 Support (N3) teams in mission-critical environments for North American clients. ●Management of hybrid environments (on-premises, AWS, and Azure), ensuring high availability, stability, security, and governance of infrastructure and databases. ●Close collaboration with Data Engineering and Infrastructure teams, supporting decisions related to architecture, capacity, performance, availability, and reliability of production environments. ●Definition, monitoring, and continuous improvement of operational indicators (SLA, SLO, MTTR, capacity, and performance) to support decision-making and operational predictability. ●Leadership of critical incidents (P0/P1), facilitation of war rooms, root cause analysis (RCA), and implementation of structural actions to reduce recurrence. ●Planning and execution of technology and infrastructure evolution roadmaps, balancing cost, risk, scalability, and operational continuity. ●Strategic interface with engineering, infrastructure, security, and business areas, ensuring technical alignment with corporate priorities. Responsible Database team Main administrative activities: ● Report of projects and activities to coordination and management. ● Administration and alignment of activities with third parties (Database Monitoring and Backup, Infrastructure). ● Service to third parties, evaluation of technologies, adherence to the business. ● Responsible for creating and maintaining SQL environments - Performance - High Availability - Monitoring - Safety - Backup - Disaster Recovery ● Main technical activities: - Installing/configuring/tuning new instances of SQL Server 2016/2017/2019 (StandAlone/AlwaysON/Failover Clustering). - Installing/configuring/tuning new PostgreSQL instances - Application of update patches (SQLServer). - Performance monitoring of instances and/or database (SQLServer). - Database migration between instances and server migration. - Tuning in queries (SQLServer). - Database tuning (SQLServer). - Instance monitoring (SQLServer). - Execution of scripts in database (SQLServer). - Development of ETL (Integration Services). - Implementation of LGPD in databases

●Responsible for maintaining database in ambient Cloud (AWS)Among some activities carried out are: -Formation of instances RDS database, SQL-Server and PostGreSQL,monitoring of cloud and internal banks -Tunning performance analysis in client banks in order to improve system performance, backup and recovery, maintenance plans -Migrations from EC2 machines to RDS, among other activities relevant to the position.

●Responsible for supporting the database of SQL Server clients in versions 2005 - 2017, among some activities carried out are: -Support service to databases -Analysis of performance tuning and Windows Server servers -Database installations, user control , database monitoring, backup and recovery, AlwaysON, Mirror, maintenance plans (Rebuild and Statistics) among other activities relevant to the position.

●Responsible for all the structure and security aspects of the database, among them: -User creation, procedure, indexes, tunning of queries, database management, monitor performance of the bank, backup, recovery, notions of cube creations, delivery of online reports through queries script for managers and directors, migration and data export between databases,optimization and maintenance of this data. Responsible for migrations from SQL-SERVER to MySQL. Responsible for maintaining all database servers (Oracle Linux and Windows Server), creating VMs and maintaining them
