As a coordinator, I was responsible for the Documentation, Post-Shipment, and Finance departments. I assist the teams with the entire process chain, from sending Draft/VGM, managing deadlines, and loading confirmations in the Documentation department, to sending unloading confirmations to customers, handling overseas negotiations, preparing weekly reports on delayed shipments at transshipments and PODs, and managing door deliveries in the Post-Shipment department.

Operations Supervisor, managing the export and import department, assisting the team with the processes, adapting it to new challanges and improve team capacities, suport at solving problems and bringing new procedures (such as digital BL release platform as Wave-BL, weekly verification of delayed shipments, and the initiation of AI-based tracking automation), and also raising teamwork to achieve goals, and learning new things with those around me.

Responsible for imports to Brazil but mostly for exports from Brazil to countries in Europe, America's (South, Middle/Caribbean & North), Asia & Africa. Sending daily and weekly Follow-UP to customers, including door deliveries for FOB,CFR, DDP, DAP and CIF shipments, therefore handling from origin to destination, contacting agents and dedicated delivery companies. US and Canada Customs clearance for the DDP shipments, helping customers with all the proper documentations, such as: customs Bond, Power of Attorney and form 5106. Following up on that, also check and send the commercial documents to the customs broker, then checking the duties amounts and also in charge of the shipment insurance. Responsible for disputes against SSL's and NVOCC agents, trying to minimize financial damages. Also handle overseas activities, searching new agents and negotiations alternatives, operationally and comercially. Last but not least, responsible for quotations and rates with freight companies in the US / Canada.
