AP Issues, Block Stock Issues, RMA and Credits follow up Here are some achievements I have got during my participation at Emerson 2010 I propose lead and complete a Packaging Inventory Control project, improving Kan Ban system and negotiating stock with local suppliers at their company for immediate response saving up to 70% of space between the Warehouse, Production Flor and 100% of the excess inventory out side the building. 2011 On Metal Parts I took over some conflictive suppliers we had and improved LT and reduced up to 75% of inventory, optimizing freights charges by weekly deliveries of passives and Electric/Electronics 2012 I developed a vendor for a saving project of a high demand discontinued blue corner board customer request, negotiating and decreasing price 29% implementing kan ban deliveries and stock availability at suppliers warehouse for a Two Day Response 2013 Bus Bars control improvement, I took conflictive suppliers to extend the programs I had with my existing Metal Parts suppliers to get parts on time and reduce down time up to 90% 2014 I took over a new developed position to control the Metal Parts Supplement from our sister Fab Division improving the delivery performance from 65% to 95% and continuing buying Packaging and Metal Parts 2015 I got the opportunity to support directly our sister Fab Division taking over the Metric Control, SAP Support, Metal Sheet, Paints Powders and Plating Commodities, continuing buying Metal Parts and starting to implement Saving Projects
