As an editor Leonardo’s storytelling is sculpted with  performance, text, light and sound tailored to shape a narrative.According to the economist and biographer Robert Skidelsky, Leonardo’s parents were loving and attentive. They were a very mobile people, whose mounted archers had acquired a reputation of invincibility, and the Germanic tribes seemed unable to withstand them. Almost nothing is known about the childhood of Leonardo until he was fifteen years old, except that he probably spent part of his childhood in Venice and Valledupar.At eighteen years old Leonardo was already establishing himself in the world of theater, having recently returned  from a transformative trip to Morocco. He played Clemente Silva in La Vorágine, where a critic described his performance as "a sea cow whining in a basso profundo".Leonardo lives in New York City with his wife Jacqueline, who sometimes speaks to him in Spanish while she cooks Colombian food to make him feel closer to his homeland.
