During tenure, as the Team Leader of the Information Technology Department of Hong Kong Stock Exchange (Shenzhen) Holdings Co., Ltd., I was mainly responsible for IT infrastructure management: 1.Lead the IT service team to implement information construction and daily management support, such as PC desktop and Citrix Desktop, conference audio and video implementation, office IT equipment, etc., to improve customer satisfaction. 2. Cooperate with Hong Kong Group IT to carry out IT operation and maintenance of domestic subsidiaries' infrastructure and implement new projects, such as datacenter management, cloud services, WAN network and LAN network management, desktop virtualization and disaster recovery infrastructure operation and maintenance. 3. As a project manager, to lead the planning and implementation of the enterprise's cost control system, OA office system and other information construction projects. 4. Manage IT outsourcing suppliers, including contract management and supplier KPI assessment, to ensure the supplier’s services comply with SLA of the contract 5. Lead the formulation and optimization of IT-related management processes, and improve IT operation and maintenance compliance and efficiency. 6. Responsible for departmental budgets and the life cycle management of IT assets.

In this position, I am responsible for managing the Group’s IT infrastructure and CyberSecurity of Bright Future Pharmaceutical Ltd. (headquarter in HK) and its subsidiary companies. Infrastructure and operation： 1, According to the group's business strategy, formulate a corresponding blueprint for the development of IT service technology to empower the group's manufacturing business and continue to reduce IT investment costs. 2, Leading the tech team, provide IT infrastructure solutions and optimize the performance and maintain the IT infrastructure in Shenzhen, HK, Haikou, Suzhou. Including the DC facilities , intranet and WAN, virtualization platform (VMware), disaster recovery infrastructure etc. 3, Manage the IT desktop team, continuous delivery excellent IT support services, keep to meet IT SLA to make our customer satisfy. 4, Continue to introduce cutting-edge infrastructure technology and promote its implementation, reduce the operating costs of enterprise data centers, and improve service performance. 5, To manage and develop the IT team, keep to optimize the IT opeartion procedure to enhance the efficiency of our department. Security and compliance： 6, Regularly to provide training for users about cyber-security and security law knowledge. 7, Provide expert risk assessment and project leadership on Information Protection assignments/projects. 8, Uses deep professional security law knowledge to identify the business risk, to advise functional leaders

1, As a leader to plan and deploy the infrastructure project of Shenzhen site to meet business needs; Be respond for any technical issue before new system go production; also assure the infrastructure devices/services running properly(like workstation, server,network,server room etc.) 2,To qualify all the computerized system and IT infrastructure, then keep the systems under compliance. Documented the qualification, ensure the documents complied with GMP regulations. 3, Create, review and improve IS department standard management procedures (SOP), such as Change Management, Incident Management, Asset Management ect. 4, As site Security Officer, regularly inspect & assess secuirty issues with global secuiry policies, and to make action plan according to global security SOP or Runbook, keep reinforce the secuiry level of site. Establish security culture in plant. 5, Manage the annual IT budget plan. 6, Manage the oursoucing companies, collaborate internally and externally partners to deliver quality solution or services to our site.

1,Take responsibility on IT infrastructure deployment and maintenance within south China plants of Valeo. Such as the VMware, Netbackup, WIFI, SSO etc. infrastructure like Network Cabling, Physical IBM&DELL Server, Cisco Switches, AP, Fortigate Firewall. 2, Provide technical support on administration of servers, IT Services and network infrastructure for each sites. 3, Southern plants IT requirement collection, provide professional IT improvement plan and recommendation. 4, Full support on China Backup system, and DRP projects as well. 5, Coordinate with outsourcing partner, such as Lenovo, DELL. And work with them to make sure the projects are going on control. 6, Define and create project deployment doc, maintenance internal IT procedure documents. 7, Provide technical support & training for IS team and Level 1 & 2 IT engineer. 8, As a member to join the IT Security Audit in all sites of South China; trace the Action Plan progress.

1, Manage & Maintain all the IT Devices & Services, such as the large printer, client PCs, internet, Exchange email server, IP phone etc. Provide a 7 x 24 hours support and troubleshooting, to make sure the services work properly. 2, Manage the IT asset, including negotiations, purchasing, implement, and issue feedback to venders or suppliers. 3, Take respond to provide IT & Business training for new comers, prepare training associated documentation, which contains the internal system, company's business flow, IT services operation etc. 4, Provide ordinary support to the local and foreign colleagues. Such as to setup the remote video conformance, multipoint phone meeting, or other IT technical support. 5,Familiar with PHP and C# language, basic on PHP and dojo java script to take part in developing company internal system.Gathering Bugs or User's comments on system when implementation. 6, Collect the potential issues(Regarding the IT, internal system etc.) from daily work, report to senior. And to discuss or deal with that with IT Manager in regular meeting.
