I bridge the gap between world-class Asian manufacturing and rigorous standards of global corporate retail. Growing up in a family with over 30 years of OEM furniture manufacturing experience, I learned the factory floor from the inside out. However, my professional foundation was built in New Zealand. After earning my Bachelor's in Accounting & Finance and Master's in Business Management from the University of Auckland, I spent 3 years at Foodstuffs North Island Limited responsible for presenting analytical insights and process improvements to senior management, ensuring Group payment cycles are completed for one of the region's largest retail cooperatives. This dual background gives me a unique advantage in the global supply chain: I speak the language of factory production lines, and I speak the language of Western corporate compliance, SAP/EDI integrations, and tight retail margins. Most recently, I founded and scaled an innovative, space-saving furniture brand in China, directing operations at our Xiamen factory and leading strategic decision-making at our Muar, Malaysia facility. Today, I leverage this direct factory ownership and hands-on design expertise to lead global B2B operations at Planture Home. I partner directly with our clients to provide de-risked, "China Plus One" supply chain solutions for panel furniture and bathroom vanities. By eliminating sourcing agents, I help clients secure higher landed margins, enforce strict QA standards, and develop trend-driven ODM designs without the traditional friction of offshore manufacturing.
