Responsible for Client Services, Engineering and Packaging groups within Clinical Supplies service provider.

Held several supervisory positions within clinical supplies unit overseeing both internal and contract management resources. Focus in inventory management, label generation, packaging, distribution and clinical site returns.

Oversight of the department responsible for project management. Key responsibilities for the group included quoting, study protocol breakdown, development of project plans, coordination of internal and external resources to complete the project and act as main customer advocate within the site. Scope included both clinical supplies packaging and distribution activities.

Responsible for two separate organizations within Fisher Clinical Services, which is part of Thermo Fisher Scientific's Biopharma Services Division. Our North American operations consist of four sites and two global service lines totaling over one thousand employees. Our Facility Network operations consist of 12 facilities across Latin America, Russia, South Africa and Asia totalling close to 400 employees. I am responsible for setting commercial and operational strategies to meet the financial commitments set by our division across this P&L. I am also responsible for the overall quality compliance and customer service delivery for these facilities. Prior to that I have been a General Manager at two different sites within the division.
