Duties performed at King Living are: - Picking of customer orders - Assisting the National Clearance Coordinator in managing the National Clearance List and associated Lists - EOL of all damaged or items to be recycled - Creation of SOP when tasked to - KPI reporting - Training of new employees - Assisting enquires in relation to returns in the warehouse - Liaison with drivers and 3PL in regards to returns

Tasks that i had to perform upon starting at Woodhouse Timber were: - Pull Pack and Strap Timber - Perform Stocktake duties - Warehouse cleaning - Working in teams As I worked I was slowly given additional tasks to help assist the warehouse with its growth: - Perform monthly cycle counts for the entire warehouse and write variance reports - Use of the forklift to load and unload trucks of packs of timber ranging from 3.6m to 7.2m - Train new employees of the procedures of the warehouse and the RF scanning - Receipt of new stock and matching of Con Notes to ensure stock is correct A project that i also assisted in was the re-layout of the warehouse floor which involved rearranging 60 different product types to improve the picking efficiency of the warehouse. The part i played was submitting a proposed plan of the layout and having it reviewed by the management team. Upon completion the National Operations Manager informed me that with my assistance the pick rate of the warehouse had improved 50%.
