Leaded split of leveraged procurement contracts (1000) into separated ones for Coffee & Tea, Household & Body Care and Bakery as a result of split of company; coached divestment team of temporary employees. Leaded P2P processes in Europe for more than 30 business processes owners and realized transformation to new business model for DE Master Blenders 1753. Selected and implemented a global web-based contract management tool Contracto for 1500 contracts; conducted training on contract management to over 50 colleagues. * Improved working capital with 50 m€ by extending payment terms for top suppliers from on average 45 to 90 days; part of procurement leadership team and linking pin to finance. * Reduced procurement organization costs with over 30%, control of budgeting process and monthly reporting cycle, supported AOP and LRP initiatives. * Identified new savings initiatives for fit for growth project in indirect area and aligned reporting, measuring and timely follow up of savings of appr. 10 m€. * Analyzed procurement results, forecasts, PPV’s and rebates; updated yearly procurement cost prices. * As a result of the acquisition by the German holding company the size of the DE Master Blenders 1753 headquarter in Amsterdam has been adjusted to the new structure.
