I am a seasoned manufacturing engineering professional with over 15 years of industry experience. I have in-depth knowledge in all aspects of manufacturing, including production process optimization, supply chain management, quality control and team leadership.

Manage a global team of new product manufacturing engineers (Texas, California, India, Singapore) responsible for a $1B+ business unit (see job description below).

Develop, implement and release new product BOMs and product structures. Work with key stakeholders to develop and implement new product manufacturing, testing and sourcing strategies. Engaged in the virtual analysis process of 3D solid models, including Master Layout and Digital Mock Up.

Responsible for supporting the introduction of new products into volume production and providing ongoing support after the product is fully released. Ongoing engineering responsibilities include developing manufacturing assembly and integration documentation, developing and implementing manufacturing improvements, and creating manufacturing strategies.

Mainly responsible for creating and updating bill of materials. Work directly with customers and manufacturing on a daily basis. Interface with other engineering functions to coordinate product improvements and/or new product launches.

I am a materials engineer with a master's degree in materials engineering from the University of California, San Diego. In my research, I focus on exploring the synthesis, properties and applications of novel materials, particularly in energy storage, nanotechnology and sustainable development.
