One of my first overseas projects was a hard lesson. We sold a machine to a client, and on paper it looked like a success. But the equipment was never really put into operation. Why? Because we had only sold a machine. We hadn’t solved the customer’s real problem. That experience hit me hard — and it changed how I think about this industry. I realized packaging equipment is a bridge — a means to connect with our customers. What really matters is understanding their pain points, designing solutions around the product, and enabling them to grow with confidence. In 2023, I joined Echo Machinery with that conviction.
